Specificity: Peptide
sequence is < 50 % identical to other interleukins in this region.
This antibody recognizes human IL-21 and was not tested for cross-reactivity
to mouse IL-21.

CI0140 using the Suggested Protocol.
Note: Some commercially available lots of rhIL-21 do not work for an ELISA standard curve in a sandwich assay in combination with CI0140 due possibly to folding differences from the disulfide bonds.
