Datasheet Background: This antibody binds to human p110delta also referred to phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit delta isoform, PI3-kinase p110 subunit delta, PtdIns-3-kinase p110, and PI3K. Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) enzymes regulate signal transduction through intricate feedback and cross-talk pathways. PI3K has a catalytic subunit and a regulatory subunit. Mammals have three Class 1A isoforms of the catalytic subunit are known as p110alpha, p110beta, and p110delta and one class IB subunit known as p110gamma. The p110delta catalytic subunit is restricted to lymphocytes and some cells of breast and melanocytic origin. Specificity: This antibody binds to PI3-K p110delta and is not likely to cross-react with other isoforms due to sequence dissimilarity. Formulation: 100 µl per vial in KHPO4 buffer with 1 mg/ml BSA and 0.1% sodium azide Quality Control: Western Blotting on human T-cell line Jurkat Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -70° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. For Research Purposes Only |
