Goat Anti-Mouse CXCR4

Chemokine receptors are G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and play a key role in inflammation and are characterized by similar sequences with a 4 cysteine motif. The C-C family has the first 2 cysteines linked together while the C-x-C family has an amino acid between the first 2 cysteines. Historically, mouse C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4 (CXC-R4) has been designated as Stromal cell-derived factor 1 receptor (SDF-1 receptor), Fusin,  Leukocyte-derived seven transmembrane domain receptor (LESTR), Pre-B-cell-derived chemokine receptor (PB-CKR), and CD184 antigen.

Specificity: This antibody binds to CXCR4 receptor on mouse spleen leukocytes as determined by immunocytochemistry.

Formulation: 200 µg per vial in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl pH 7.2 with 1 mg/ml BSA and 0.1% sodium azide. Antibody in formulation without azide is also available.

Quality Control: Immunohistochemistry on mouse spleen

Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -70° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
