Goat Anti-Human CCR8 N-Terminal Region

Chemokine receptors are G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and play a key role in inflammation that are characterized by similar sequences with a 4 cysteine motif.  The C-C family has the first 2 cysteines linked together while the C-x-C family has an amino acid in between the first 2 cysteines.  Historically, chemokine receptor type 8 has been designated C-C chemokine receptor type 8, CC-CKR-8, CCR-8, GPR-CY6, Chemokine receptor-like 1, CKR-L1, TER1, CMKBRL2, CC-chemokine receptor CHEMR1, and CDw198 antigen.

Specificity: Peptide sequence is < 50 % identical to other human chemokine receptors in this region. This antibody was not tested for cross-reactivity to mouse CCR8 receptor.

Formulation: Liquid, 200 µg of peptide affinity purified IgG antibody in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 1 mg/ml BSA and 0.1 % sodium azide

Quality Control: Immunocytochemistry on human K562 cells and /or Immunohistochemisrty on human spleen cells

Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -70° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
