Mouse CCR8 External Cellular Domain

Historically, murine chemokine receptor type 8 has been designated C-C chemokine receptor type 8, CC-CKR-8, C-C CKR-8, and CCR-8

Specificity: Peptide sequence is < 50 % identical to other mouse chemokine receptors in this region. The antibody recognizes mouse CCR8 and was not tested for cross-reactivity to human CCR8.

Formulation: 200 ug of peptide affinity purified IgG in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 1 mg/ml BSA and 0.1% sodium azide

Quality Control: Immunohistochemistry on mouse spleen

Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -70° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
