Mouse CCR9 External Cellular Domain

Historically, chemokine receptor C-C chemokine receptor type 9 (CCR9) has been designated as C-C chemokine receptor type 9 (C-C CKR-9), CC-CKR-9, CCR-9, GPR-9-6, G-protein coupled receptor 28, and CDw199 antigen

Specificity: Peptide sequence is < 50 % identical to other mouse chemokine receptors in this peptide region. The antibody recognizes mouse CCR9 and cross-reacts to human CCR9 due to 76 % homology within this peptide region.

Formulation: Liquid 200 µg of peptide affinity purified IgG antibody in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 1 mg/ml BSA and 0.1 % sodium azide

Quality Control: Immunohistochemistry on mouse spleen

Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -70° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Note: This product is likely to be neutralizing because the antibody to similiar domains of human CCR9 block TECK induced activation of ES-2 cells.
