Specificity: Peptide sequence is < 50 % identical to other mouse chemokine receptors in this peptide region. The antibody recognizes mouse CCR9 and cross-reacts to human CCR9 due to 76 % homology within this peptide region. Formulation: Liquid 200 µg of peptide affinity purified IgG antibody in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 1 mg/ml BSA and 0.1 % sodium azide for Product CI0125. CI0172 is 100 µg of biotin labeled peptide affinity purified IgG antibody in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 1 mg/ml BSA and 0.1 % sodium azide. Quality Control: Immunohistochemistry on mouse spleen Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -70° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
