Human CCR10 External Cellular Domain

Historically, chemokine receptor C-C chemokine receptor type 10 (CCR10) has been designated as C-C CKR-10, CC-CKR-10, CCR-10, and G-protein coupled receptor 2.

Specificity: Peptide sequence is < 50 % identical to other human chemokine receptors in this region. The antibody recognizes human CCR10 and was not tested for cross-reactivity to mouse CCR10.

Formulation: Liquid 200 µg of peptide affinity purified IgG antibody in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 1 mg/ml BSA and 0.1 % sodium azide

Quality Control: Immunohistochemistry on human spleen

Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -70° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
