| D6 is expressed on the lymphatic endothelium and leukocytes. Defined as a "silent" chemokine receptor, D6 has no G coupling protein motifs. No signalling occurs upon chemokine binding and D6 functions as a scavenger receptor internalizing and degrading chemokines leading to a dampening of inflammatory processes. Specificity: Peptide sequence is < 50 % identical to other chemokine receptors in this region and cross-reactivity to mouse D6 was not tested. Formulation: CI0130 is liquid 200 µg of affinity purified antibody in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 1 mg/ml BSA and 0.1 % sodium azide. CI0171 is liquid 100 µg of biotin labeled affinity purified antibody in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 1 mg/ml BSA and 0.1 % sodium azide. Quality Control: Immunohistochemistry on human spleen Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -70° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
