Chemokine receptors are G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and play a key role in inflammation and are characterized by similar sequences with a 4 cysteine motif.  The C-C family has the first 2 cysteines linked together while the C-x-C family has an amino acid between the first 2 cysteines.  Historically, chemokine receptor type 7 (CCR7) has been designated as C-C CKR-7, CC-CKR-7, MIP-3 beta receptor, EBV-induced G-protein coupled receptor 1 (EBI1), and CD197 antigen.


Specificity: Peptide sequence is < 50 % identical to other mouse chemokine receptors in this region and cross-reacts with human CCR7.

Formulation: Liquid 100 µg of peptide affinity purified IgG antibody in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 1 mg/ml BSA and 0.1 % sodium azide

Quality Control: Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections of human and mouse spleens

Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -70° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
