| D6 is expressed on the lymphatic endothelium and leukocytes. Defined as a "silent" chemokine receptor, D6 has no G coupling protein motifs. No signalling occurs upon chemokine binding and D6 functions as a scavenger receptor internalizing and degrading chemokines leading to a dampening of inflammatory processes. Specificity: Peptide sequence is < 50 % identical to other mouse chemokine receptors in this region. The antibody recognizes mouse D6 and was not tested for cross-reactivity to human D6. Formulation: Liquid 200 µg of peptide affinity purified IgG antibody in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 1 mg/ml BSA and 0.1 % sodium azide. Quality Control: Immunohistochemistry on mouse spleen cells and lung Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -80° C. Stable for at least three years at -80° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. CIO123P - Blocking Peptide to Antibody $95 USD per 100 µg
