Background:  This antibody recognizes the C-terminus region of the 680 amino acid human Tumor protein p73-like (p73L, p63), Tumor protein 63 (TP63), p51, p40, Keratinocyte transcription factor (KET), and Chronic ulcerative stomatitis protein (CUSP).

Specificity: This antibody is specific to the C-terminus region.

Formulation: Liquid 200 µg of peptide affinity purified IgG antibody in 100 ul of 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 1 mg/ml BSA and 0.1 % sodium azide.

Quality Control: Western blotting on mouse lung and/or human cell line K562

Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -70° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Above: Antibody binds to a approximately 75 KD protein in mouse lung. As expected most of the protein in human tumor cell lines K562 is degraded.
