Human p51A Antibody |
Background: This antibody recognizes the C-terminus region of the 448 amino acid human p51A also known as p51 isoform TAp63gamma.
Specificity: This antibody cross-reacts with mouse p51A.
Formulation: Liquid 200 µg of peptide affinity purified IgG antibody in 100 ul of 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 1 mg/ml BSA and 0.1 % sodium azide.
Quality Control: Western Blot with mouse thymus lysate
Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -70° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Above: Antibody binds
to a approximately 50-54 Kd protein in mouse thymus, mouse lung and mouse
heart. As expected most of p51A protein in human tumor cell lines, T cell
line Jurkat and K562 is degraded
