Specificity: Peptide sequence is < 50 % identical to other interleukins in this region. The antibody recognizes human IL-21. Not tested for cross-reactivity to mouse IL-21. Formulation: Liquid 100 µg of affinity purified antibody in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 0.1 % sodium azide. Quality Control: Immunocytochemistry on human spleen and/or human tonsil Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -70° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
