Specificity: Peptide sequence is < 50 % identical to other interleukins in this region. The antibody recognizes mouse IL-21. Not tested for cross-reactivity to human IL-21.

Formulation: Liquid 200 µg of affinity purified antibody in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl containing 1 mg/mL BSA and 0.1 % sodium azide.

Quality Control: ELISA with recombinant mouse IL-21

Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -70° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
