Antibody to Human Interleukin 22 C-terminus

Specificity: This antibody recognizes both human and mouse IL-22 C-terminus due to significant sequence similarity. The peptide sequence is < 50 % identical to other sequences in GenBank.

Formulation: Liquid 100 µg of affinity purified antibody in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 0.1 % sodium azide.

Quality Control: Immunohistochemistry on human spleen and/or human tonsil

Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -80° C. Stable for at least 3 years when stored at -80°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
