Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are membrane proteins on many cells involved with innate immunity such as macrophages, dendritic cells, neutrophils, mucosal epithelial cells, and endothelial cells. Ten mammalian TLRs have been identified and all have distinct specificities for microbial ligands. Upon recognition of a microbial product, TLRs initiate a signaling pathway to activate innate immunity. Specificity:Peptide sequence is < 50 % identical to other human TLR receptors in this region. The antibody recognizes human TLR10. Formulation: Liquid 200 µg of affinity purified antibody at 1 mg/mL in 10 mM KHPO4, 140 mM NaCl with 1 mg/mL BSA and 0.1 % sodium azide. Quality Control: IH on paraffin sections of human spleen and tonsil Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -80° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
