Description: The immunogen prepared for sheep housed at Capralogics was intact calf histone H2B at 13.9 kD, 126 amino acids, complexed with RNA. Calf histone H2B has > 99% identity to many other mammalian histone H2B proteins.

Cross-Reactivity: Minimal with histone core proteins H2A, H3, H4 and linker histone H1

Product: Protein G purified immunoglobulin in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4. Large volumes of antisera to Histone H2B available for sale.

Storage: Aliquot and store at -20° C or store at 4° C with the addition of 0.1% sodium azide. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
