DATASHEET Description: The immunogen prepared for sheep housed at Capralogics was intact calf histone H3 at 15.4 kD, 136 amino acids, complexed with RNA. Calf histone H3 has 100% identity to many other mammalian histone H3 proteins. Cross-Reactivity: Minimal with linker histone H1 and no cross-reactivity with histone core proteins H2A, H2B, or H4. Product: Protein G purified immunoglobulin in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4. Large volumes of antisera to Histone H3 available for sale. Storage: Aliquot and store at -20° C or store at 4° C with the addition of 0.1% sodium azide. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
