Sheep anti-Z-DNA

DATASHEET

Description: Immunoprecipitation experiments were performed testing antibody concentrations ranging from 16 to 0.08 µg/mL and assayed by A405 nm spectrophotometry. Nearly complete immunoprecipitation was obtained at 8 µg/mL. The control was non-immune immunoglobulin.

Formulation: 250 µg of purified IgG in PBS with no azide.

Storage: Freeze at -20° C. For long term storage freeze at -70° C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
