DATASHEET
Specificity: This antibody recognizes all actin isoforms.
Rabbits were immunized with a preparation derived from chicken gizzard smooth muscle actin.
Purification and Formulation: Serum immunoglobulin was precipitated twice by ammonium sulfate fractionation and then dissolved and dialyzed against phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.015 M sodium phosphate, pH 7.5, 0.15 M NaC1, with sodium azide 0.02% as a preservative.
Storage: Short term storage at 4° C. Freeze at -20° C or colder for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
