Choice of Best Method With our polyclonal antibody services, the client usually supplies the immunogen which can be a conjugated peptide, fusion protein, or whole protein, in solution or lyophilized. Typically, Complete Freund’s Adjuvant is used for the primary dose followed by Incomplete Freund’s Adjuvant for subsequent boosts.  Clients can request other adjuvants such as alum and RIBI.  Capralogics will review the immunogen, animal options, and protocol choices to help plan the best method to proceed with the polyclonal services to produce the desired results.
