Peptide sequence is <50% identical to other human chemokine receptors in this region. The antiserum recognizes human CCR6. Cross reactivity to mouse CCR6. Human CCR6 cross reacts with mouse CCR6 when used in immunohistochemistry, western blotting and other applications where linear epitopes of the corresponding mouse CCR6 are accessible.
