A: Purified Llama anti-mouse IgG was analyzed on 10% SDS-PAGE under non-reduced (I) and reduced conditions(II).
B: The mouse IgG was transferred to nitrocellulose and blotted with purified llama anti-mouse IgGs. The blot shows that all the fractionated antibody contains three llama subclasses that are reactive to the heavy and light chains of the whole mouse IgG molecule under reduced conditions.
