For QC testing, purified heavy and light chain llama IgG samples were run reduced on 10% SDS-PAGE gels, transferred, and blotted with PL0111 (rabbit anti-llama heavy chain) antibody.
This rabbit antibody recognizes the heavy chain of llama IgG and has minimal cross-reactivity with llama IgG light chain.
No primary amines or mercurial salts in buffer.
