How to place a custom polyclonal antibody services order

Using our online order form is a fast and easy way to submit orders for custom antibody production services. You can click on the PDF link below for the form, fill in the areas of the form that pertain to your order and then email it to info@capralogics.com. If you have selected the option to have a custom protocol for your project a member of our customer service team will contact you to discuss details.

Once your form is received a member of our staff will review the information. We will then contact you with any questions and provide a quotation for services requested. Prior to the start of your project you will be forwarded a copy of our Animal Care and Use Form and Antigen Information Form, which can both be filled out and included in the box with your antigen.
