DATASHEET Description: The immunogen prepared for sheep housed at Capralogics was intact calf histone H1 at 21 kD, 194 amino acids, complexed with RNA. Calf histone H1 has > 90% identity to other mammalian histone H1 proteins. Cross-Reactivity: None with histone core proteins H2A, H2B, H3 or H4. Product: Protein G purified immunoglobulin in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4. Large volumes of antisera to Histone H1 available for sale. Storage: Aliquot and store at -20° C or store at 4° C with the addition of 0.1% sodium azide. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
